Latest Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Mii costumes include Dante, Shantae

Some fan favourite characters will be represented in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate soon, but not in the way most people wanted.

During today’s presentation for the upcoming DLC fighter Kazuya, director Masahiro Sakurai revealed four new Mii Fighter costumes that will be releasing soon.

The Dragonborn from Skyrim (Todd Howard does it again!), Lloyd from Tales of Symphonia (this one was previously available in Smash 3DS/Wii U), Dante from the Devil May Cry series, and Shantae will all be available for purchase from June 30 — costing £0.70/0.60€ each.

Having more games be represented in Smash Bros. is never a bad thing, though this does mean that none of these characters will be added as fully fledged fighters.

Once Kayuza releases on Wednesday, there’ll be just one more DLC fighter left for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. The Mii Fighter costumes remove a few potential candidates, but it’s still impossible to guess who will be added.
