The Edge of Allegoria out now on Switch

After releasing on PC late 2024, parody RPG The Edge of Allegoria is now available on Nintendo Switch.

The Edge of Allegoria is a homage to old school NES/GameBoy RPGs, featuring turn-based battles, lots of weapons to find, and a copious amount of swearing.

As the game’s own page states, “There’s a story in there somewhere… it’s just buried under layers of madness and debauchery.” Whether completely sincere or aiming for irony, The Edge of Allegoria is definitely aiming for its own take on 2D RPGs.

Oddly, while the Switch version has no launch sale, you can get the game for 30% off on Steam (it’s base price is also lower than on Switch, despite content between both seemingly being the same.)
