The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles announced for Switch, PS4 and PC
Capcom has officially confirmed The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles, a collection of both Great Ace Attorney games originally released for the 3DS.
Launching July 27, 2021 on Switch, PS4, and PC via Steam, The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles will contain 10 chapters starring Phoenix Wright’s ancestor, Ryunosuke Naruhodo.
To get players up to speed with The Great Ace Attorney, Capcom has released a video featuring series director Shu Takumi, going over the collection’s setting and new mechanics.
Early purchases will include the “From the Vaults” DLC, featuring artwork and additional songs that can be viewed in-game.
An Ace Attorney Turnabout Collection bundle is also planned, combining The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles and the Ace Attorney Trilogy. Both this and Chronicles will be getting a physical release in Japan, though it looks like they’ll be digital only for the rest of the world.
It seemed like The Great Ace Attorney games would never make their way to the west, so this announcement is a big one for series fans. Now all we need is an official English release for Ace Attorney Investigations 2.
