The Letter: A Horror Visual Novel gets console release this December

Eastasiasoft has revealed that it will bring Yangyang Mobile’s appropriately titled horror VN The Letter: A Horror Visual Novel to PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Switch during December 2021.

The Letter has been available on mobile and PC via Steam for a few years now, with the first chapter acting as a free demo.

You play as seven different characters, who each fall pray to a curse affecting the Ermengarde Mansion. There are lots of potential choices to make, leading to many different endings — for context, the game contains over 700K words according to the store page.

A physical release is planned for the Switch version of The Letter, with pre-orders opening via Playasia on September 16 at 4PM BST.
