After this month’s announcement of The Witch and the Hundred Knight 2, Nippon Ichi Software finally spilled the beans, giving us a release date as well as information on this game.
We got the first gameplay video. From the looks of things the game seems very similar to the original, with very little noticeable graphical improvements.
According to president Souhei Niikawa, the game is planned to support the PlayStation 4 Pro. The more powerful hardware will run the game at an improved 60 fps and will also offer improved visuals.
The Witch and the Hundred Knight 2 will arrive in Japan on February 23rd on the PlayStation 4. As for the Limited Edition of the game, it will include a DLC sword and accessory for Cerca, a figure, an artbook, a soundtrack CD and of course, prettier packaging. Nippon Ichi Software will be selling a special premium first-print set which also includes a plushie alongside the game.
