Arc System Works has revealed the release date for mystery romance visual novel World End Syndrome, and it’s coming to PS4, Vita, and Switch on April 26th in Japan! As well as the release date, the official website was launched, and lots more screenshots and information on some new characters was released too.
The centre of the idol group Zettai Zetsumei Panda. She recently started acting as well, and has been cast as the lead role in a movie, so she’s come to Mihate-chou during summer vacation to film.
A publisher who came to Mihate-chou for an interview. She’s a positive person with a bright and friendly personality. She’s interested in the incidents happening in the town and is investigating independently.
An investigator looking into the disappearances of local high school girls. She’s beautiful, but she never smiles. She doesn’t trust others and is always stressed and sarcastic. She drives a red sports car and enjoys video games and camping alone.
The eldest son of a prominent family, who is regarded as its successor and has been involved in management from a young age. Since he is rich and handsome, there have been many rumours about his affairs with women. He used to practice kendo.
Owner of the local café, Pastiche. He’s a bachelor who is always friendly and sociable. There are rumours that he’s a game otaku, but he himself would never admit to it.
World End Syndrome has multiple endings for each heroine. By getting the different endings in turn, the route is gradually revealed, and both romance with the heroines and the mystery elements will unfold.
World End Syndrome releases on April 26th in Japan for PS4, PS Vita, and Switch. You can read more about the game here.
