Yakuza 15th anniversary livestream set to reveal future projects

Sega will be hosting a 15th anniversary livestream for the Yakuza series early in December.
Starting on December 8 at 8pm JST/11am GMT and running for two hours, the stream will be presented by Kiryu’s voice actor Takaya Kuroda, and Ichiban’s voice actor Kazuhiro Nakaya.
According to the announcement tweet (and Twitter’s Google translate function), the stream will be looking back at the Yakuza series’ 15 years of history.
More excitingly, the tweet mentions announcements for ‘future developments’ during the event. While this doesn’t necessarily mean a new game will be revealed on stream, the chances of this happening are quite high.
Yakuza: Like a Dragon may have only released in English earlier this month, but in Japan the game has been out since January. The series has had yearly releases for a while now, so it’d be the perfect time to show off a new title during this important 15 year milestone.
