Ys vs. Trails in the Sky: Alternative Saga delayed “by a few months” from initial Summer release window

Refint/games has announced that the western release of Ys vs. Trails in the Sky: Alternative Saga is delayed by a few months due to “an unforeseen circumstance outside [its] control”.

Originally planned to release some time during Summer 2025, this delay will mean that Ys vs. Trails in the Sky launches after the Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter remake in the west.

While originally only released in Japan for the PSP, this new version of the game is coming to PS4, PS5, Switch, and PC. Along with higher resolution support and updated assets, it’ll also include full online multiplayer across all platforms.
