Danganronpa 2, Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising joining Xbox Game Pass this month
Microsoft has revealed the next wave of games that will soon be available via Xbox Game Pass, with the line-up including Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair Anniversary Edition and Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising.
Both titles will join the service on May 10 (release day for Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising), playable on console, PC, and via the cloud.
Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair Anniversary Edition sees the return of the deadly class trials, this time on the mysterious Jabberwock Island. As with the standalone mobile release, cloud players can make use of native touch controls.
Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising is side story to Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes, the main game releasing in 2023. It features action gameplay instead of turn-based combat, with many characters from Hundred Heroes making their appearance.
Of course, this wouldn’t be an Xbox Game Pass update without a few titles also leaving at the same time. On the Japanese games side of things, Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster will no longer be available from May 15, 2022.
