Dynasty Warriors: Origins announced
During Sony’s May State of Play stream, Koei Tecmo revealed Dynasty Warriors: Origins. Releasing in 2025 for PS5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam, Dynasty Warriors: Origins sees players once again taking on hundreds of enemies across China.
However, rather than focussing on the overall story of the Three Kingdoms as you switch between multiple viewpoints, Origins will have you taking the role of a nameless hero.
While most details are under wraps for the time being, the reveal trailer showed that you’ll have access to a number of returning weapon types. There also seems to be a focus on ordering your troops directly, having them fire off arrows or charge enemy armies.
