I*CHU: Chibi Edition announced for Switch

Our friends over at PQube have revealed I*CHU: Chibi Edition, an idol rhythm game that will be coming to Nintendo Switch soon.

I*CHU: Chibi Edition sees you training aspiring idols at Etoile Vie School, nurturing the talents of 32 trainees across 9 idol groups.

While going through lots of character stories, you’ll also be able to take on rhythm game sections. I*CHU: Chibi Edition features over 80 songs across the entire cast, with multiple difficulty settings for those that like a challenge.

The original Japan-only mobile version of I*CHU made use of typical gacha mechanics, and these are now all tied to in-game currency letting you pull to your hearts content. Pull new characters to create the best line-up for each song.
