Kitaria Fables launching September 3, adds physical Switch and PlayStation versions
PQube has revealed that Twin Hearts‘ farming RPG Kitaria Fables will be launching on September 3, 2021 for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC. Additionally, newly announced physical copies will also be available for PS4, PS5, and Switch.
Kitaria Fables’ mix of farming and RPG elements should be familiar to fans of the Rune Factory series. There’s a lot to do, from growing crops and exploring the wild, to befriending villagers and taking on sidequests.
This can all be done in local co-op as well – and potentially online co-op via Steam remote play.
Farming games have seen a boost in popularity over the last few years, though there aren’t many that lean into fantasy and magic. Kitaria Fables should help fill that niche, especially on platforms that wont have access to the upcoming Rune Factory 5.
