Version 1.10 of Labyrinth of Touhou: Gensokyo and the Heaven-Piercing Great Tree on Steam has added official English support.

Gensokyo and the Heaven-Piercing Great Tree is an updated version of dungeon crawler Labyrinth of Touhou 2 and its expansion, including improved graphics and various quality of life features.

The game features over 50 characters from the Touhou series, each customisable with different subclasses and equipment. Even the default party size is huge, letting you take 12 members through each dungeon (though only 4 are active at once).

Developer Cubetype has stated via a post on Steam that the English version is based on a fan-translation done for the Japanese release of Labyrinth of Touhou 2 — with permission and help from the fan-translation team, of course.

It’s crazy to see how many Touhou games, fan-made or otherwise, can now be easily bough on Steam (and sometimes even on console). Now all we need is official English releases of the mainline series.
