Hollywood My Hero Academia Live Action Film Announced
We knew it would happen eventually. Legendary Entertainment has announced a My Hero Academia live action film is in the works. Let’s hope it turns out better than the terrible joke one we thought up before!
Alex Garcia and Jay Ashenfelter will be overseeing the project for Legendary Entertainment, with Ryōsuke Yoritomi, the manga’s editor, overseeing for Shueisha. TOHO will distribute the film in Japan. Little else is known about the My Hero Academia live action film at this point, but it’s one to add to a long-list of upcoming live action films based on manga. The list just keeps growing and growing!
