NieR: Automata Has Gone Gold!

The development on NieR: Automata is finally finished and ready to be shipped. The producer Yosuke Saito, stated in a tweet that the game has gone Gold. This was true for some time, but he just now decided to make the announcement because he has seen how everyone else is doing it for their games.

NieR: Automata is created by the awkward but lovable Yoko Taro as well as PlatinumGames and will mesh of RPG and hack-and-slash gameplay. While we were just a bit hesitant after the disappointing Drakengard 3, the demo for NieR: Automata blew all of our expectations out of the water.

The game will arrive on PlayStation 4 consoles in Japan on February 23, North America on March 7 and finally in Europe on March 10. The game will support PlayStation 4 Pro hardware, delivering a higher resolution. While the game is scheduled to also release on PC in 2017, the exact date is still unknown.
