3D platformer Penny’s Big Breakaway is now available to buy on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC via Steam after being shadow dropped during the latest Nintendo Direct.

Penny’s Big Breakaway is a creating of Evening Star, a development team founded by the creators of Sonic Mania. It features the titular street performer Penny, making use of a living yo-yo to take on the Emperor and their army of penguins.

Each mode offers different objectives. Story mode focuses more on racking up combos as you string together actions, while time attack mode rewards you for figuring out every shortcut possible. Coins collected during stages can also be traded in for items and stages, among other extras.
