RuriDragon manga returns in March after long hiatus
Masaoki Shindo has announced that RuriDragon will make its return to Shonen Jump after being on hiatus for over a year.
RuriDragon is the story of the titular Ruri who one day discovers that she is part-dragon. With various dragon-like traits making their appearance, from horns to accidental fire breathing, Ruri attempts to deal with her new abilities while living a (somewhat) normal school life.
At only six chapters, RuriDragon’s initial run wasn’t very long before it had to be put on hiatus due to issues with Shindo’s health. Now, five more chapters have been scheduled to release every week in Weekly Shonen Jump from March 4 to April 1, 2024. From there, it’ll be published digitally every other week starting on April 22, 2024.
Currently, all six chapters can be read for free digitally, either via Viz or Manga Plus.
