In January, a digital event was held for Monster Hunter Rise specifically, but it seems like Capcom are now ready to share more info on Stories 2 as well.
Additionally, a Q&A with Rise director Yasunori Ichinose will be held on March 9, with questions currently being accepted on Twitter. More gameplay will also be shown, possibly featuring some of the game’s recently revealed monsters.
Monster Hunter Rise launches only a few weeks after the digital event, on March 26 2021. Monster Hunter Stories 2 is currently set to arrive this Summer, though we might get a concrete release date next month.
Pre-orders are still available at certain retailers for both a Rise themed Switch and Pro Controller. If they’re anything like other limited Switch consoles and controllers, these will probably sell-out before the release of Rise.
