Sunbreak will bring everything you’d expect from a modern Monster Hunter expansion, including new monsters, areas, and gameplay elements.
The area shown in the trailer certainly had a creepy vibe to it, featuring a sinister new dragon that will be Sunbreak’s flagship monster.
There’s still a lot left to be revealed, with Capcom planning on featuring the game at this year’s Tokyo Game Show.
With the announcement of an expansion, it’s also safe to assume that there wont be much more free content coming to the base game (though it’d be nice to be proven wrong).
