Super Mario 64 Question Mark Block Lego set announced
More Mario Lego is on the way with the launch of the Super Mario 64 Question Mark Block Lego set on October 1, 2021.
Announced earlier this month, this new Lego set is (mostly) based on Super Mario 64, featuring miniature dioramas of courses from the game inside a large question mark block.
We say “mostly” due to the fact that this type of block never actually appeared in 64. It’s an iconic part of the franchise though, so it doesn’t really matter at the end of the day.
Due to its size (the set is made of over 2000 blocks), this will also be more expensive than previous Mario Lego collections, costing £159.99.
If the set ends up being a success, it would be cool if more Mario games got the same treatment. There could be a whole set of blocks from the franchise, each representing a different 3D (or even 2D) title.
