Turn-based RPG Terra Memoria releasing March 27
Dear Villagers and developer La Moutarde have revealed that turn-based RPG Terra Memoria will release for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC via Steam on March 27, 2024.
Described as an “HD-2D World of Magic and Mystery” — HD-2D being what Square Enix calls the visual style for titles like Octopath traveller — Terra Memoria sees you exploring a land under attack by ancient machines.
You take control of six character, each paired up during battle and featuring their own abilities. Turn order is a big part of combat, with current and future turns viewable at the bottom of the screen at all times.
Outside of fighting machines and monsters, you’ll also be tasked with constructing buildings and other structures to progress. The party can even craft new items or cook food to get an edge in battle.
A demo for Terra Memoria is still available on Steam, and progress made can be carried over to the full game when it releases later this month.
