Tales of Arise demo out now for consoles

It released at different times depending on the region, but the Tales of Arise demo is now available globally for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.

The demo is similar to the one we were able to play earlier this year with some changes here and there — this includes the introduction of skits, which weren’t available in the test build.

You’ll have access to all six playable characters, with a few areas to explore and fight through. By trying out the demo, the item “Vacation Hootle Doll” is unlocked for the full game.

For anyone playing the demo on next-gen hardware, we’d recommend using performance mode. There’ll be a noticeable hit to resolution, but it’s worth it for a smoother framerate during battle.

Tales of Arise launches September 10, 2021 on the aforementioned consoles, along with PC via Steam — no plans for a PC demo have been announced at this time.
