Lidia announced for Tekken 8 Season 1

Bandai Namco revealed during EVO Japan 2024 that Lidia Sobieski will join the Tekken 8 roster during Summer as part of Season 1.

Lidia made her first debut as one of the later DLC additions to Tekken 7, making this only her second appearance in the series.

Alongside Lidia, Tekken 8 will also be receiving a number of free updates. A new balance patch is planned for Spring 2024, with the Seaside Resort stage and photo mode launching during Summer (potentially at the same time as Lidia).

Season 1 will be rounded out with some new story content, likely including all of the DLC characters — the preview image includes Eddy alongside Jin.
