Okiku joins One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 as part of Character Pack 2

Bandai Namco have announced that the second new addition to One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4‘s Character Pack 2 DLC will be Okiku.

She’s a samurai who appears in the ongoing Wano Country arc of the manga. The base game’s story does include Wano Country, though it’s an original take on the setting rather than a retelling.

Okiku joins Kin’emon as part of Character Pack 2, and there should be one more announcement left before the DLC pack’s release date is revealed.

Pirate Warriors 4’s official website now has a brief overview of Okiku, which hints at her play style:

O-Kiku is the poster girl for a tea house in Okobore Town, in the Kuri region of Wano Country. She is a self-styled samurai trained in the art of the sword. Sumo champion Urashima became enraged with her after she not only spurned his advances but cut off his topknot; fortunately, Luffy was there to save the day.
