Gestalt: Steam & Cinder finally releasing May 2024

Developer Metamorphosis Games has revealed that metroidvania Gestalt: Steam & Cinder will finally be available on May 21, 2024.

However, while the publisher’s page for the game still lists a Switch version, only a PC release date has been announced at this time (the reveal made no mention of console versions at all.)

Gestalt: Steam & Cinder features combo-based combat, and an interconnected world which protagonist Aletheia will journey through to fight for humanity’s survival.

The game was originally announced over 3 years ago, receiving a number of delays since then. However, it looks like for those keeping track of the game, the long wait is finally over.
