KonoSuba: Fantastic Days global servers launching August 19

The global servers for KonoSuba: Fantastic Days will open on August 19, publisher Nexon has announced.

KonoSuba: Fantastic Days is a free-to-play mobile gacha RPG (no surprises there) based on the light novel series, featuring Kazuma and the gang in an original story.

It’ll be fully voice acted by the same Japanese cast as the anime adaption, with text available in a multitude of languages.

According to the official website, Fantastic Days has already reached more than one million pre-registrations, which means that players will get gacha currency and a number of other items at launch.

Even if the gacha elements turn out to be bad, this could still be worth playing for the story — if it can capture the humour of the source material, that is.
