Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis winter event starts today

It may be a little later than what you’d usually expect, but Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis‘ winter event has now started.

Running until February 9, players can take on seasonal enemies and complete quests for a variety of rewards, including new equipment. Central City, where you’ll be accepting these event quests, has also been given a winter makeover.

Currently, only part one of the event is available, with part two set to start on January 26. This will bring new rewards, so make sure to stock up on seasonal points beforehand.

More content for Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis will arrive during February 2022, bringing a higher level cap and harder areas. Meanwhile, the next major update featuring a new area and story chapter is scheduled for June.
