Persona 5’s Morgana rolls into Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania this November

Sega has been steadily revealing cameo characters for Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania, with Persona 5’s mascot Morgana being the latest addition to the roster.

As with the other Sega characters that have been introduced, Morgana wont have any special gimmicks or moves that they can use — though he’ll collects treasure chests instead of bananas.

Unlike Beat, Sonic, Tails, and Kiryu, Morgana wont be available for free. He’ll be added as post-launch DLC on November 2, priced at $4.99. This seems a little excessive for a single character, especially when it doesn’t change gameplay in any way.

Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania releases October 5, 2021 for Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, PS4, PS5, and PC via Steam. Sega has stated that there are still more character announcements planned over the coming weeks, which should include extra cameos from other franchises.
