Demon Slayer PS4 Game Trailer Released

Aniplex revealed a Demon Slayer PS4 game trailer as well as information on the anime in their recent event. The game will be called Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Hinokami Keppuutan. As well as the first official trailer. we also got a small mobile game trailer, too!

Watch the trailer:

The game looks absolutely beautiful in motion! Even if the trailer is really short, we finally have confirmation on a developer. It’s CyberConnect2, who have been behind some of the best anime games, including the Naruto games for Bandai Namco until Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 (of which a Switch port is coming out soon), Dragon Ball Z Kakarot, and even two JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure games with All Star Battle and Eyes Of Heaven.

I am pretty excited to see what CyberConnect2 will do with this series since they have a way of making really amazing story modes with really cool boss fights and they are also capable of making anime games with amazing visuals and graphics. CyberConnect2 did say they wanted to make another game that was like the Ultimate Ninja Storm series set in another world. So this game may possibly be that game they were talking about. The game may end up being an arena fighter which has the gameplay style of the Storm series!

In addition to the information on the PlayStation 4 game, the mobile gacha game Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba – Keppuu Kengeki Royale, which is developed by Quatro-A with the assistance of Soleil also has gotten a trailer.

Keppuu Kengeki Royale will release sometime in 2020 and Hinokami Keppuutan will release in 2021!

What are your thoughts on CyberConnect2 developing the PS4 game?  Let us know and feel free to join the Official Rice Discord Server to talk about this game and many more topics!
