Phantasy Star Online 2 Reborn: Episode 4 Update Adds Dinosaurs & Mechs
Before you ask, SEGA still have not said they are bringing Phantasy Star Online 2 west. But what they have done is add dinosaurs and mechs into Phantasy Star Online 2 Reborn: Episode 4, the latest update to their Phantasy Star Online 2 MMO.
The chunky update (which you will not be playing in the west) adds a whole heap of new things to game, most notably Tokyo, Dinosaurs, and Mechs. A combination which is more than reminiscent of Earth Defense Force to us. Unlike Phantasy Star Online 2, Earth Defense Force releases next month in the west. There has been no news on a western release of Phantasy Star Online 2.
SEGA shared a massive batch of screenshots taking a look at all the new stuff in Phantasy Star Online 2 Reborn: Episode 4. It’s look like a great update, though one that will not be heading west.
New Field: Tokyo
New Bosses
New Small Monsters
New Mid-Size Monsters
New Large Monsters

New Quests
Runaway Car Chase Interrupt Event
Destroy Enemies in a Limited Time Event
New Weapon Drops
New Characters
The Phantasy Star Online 2 Reborn: Episode 4 is already live on PC and PlayStation Vita, and will be a part of the PlayStation 4 version of Phantasy Star Online 2 when it releases in April in Japan (not in the west).
