Nintendo finally announce new Nintendo Direct, coming tomorrow

The first Nintendo Direct of 2021 has been announced, arriving tomorrow at 10PM GMT.

Not only is it the year’s first Direct, it’s also the first main one since late 2019, with Nintendo focussing on smaller presentations like Nintendo Direct Mini and Indie World during 2020.

According to the announcement tweet, there’ll be news on Super Smash Bros. Ultimate — probably the next DLC fighter — and other games that are coming to the Switch over the next few months.

Considering this is a full 50 minute direct, expect many new announcements alongside info on already revealed games. In fact, since Nintendo has decided to go with a main Direct after so long, it wouldn’t be too crazy for the company to drop some big reveals. Maybe we’ll finally see some footage of Bayonetta 3 or Pikmin 4…
